Nose bleeds. | When the nose bleeds started (they were light) that's when I stopped taking Flonase. Honestly, it helped the ears quite well but should have taken it for a week or less. My family doctor initially recommended this and it did relieve my severe sinus congestion, but after reading about all the various side effects from other patients, I will discontinue its use immediately. I guess I will have to rely on saline spray (which I have been using also) and possibly a neti pot to control my sinus congestion. I still feel a bit lightheaded which I hope will pass and still having weird dreams but I'm able to FUNCTION which is what I could not do with this poison in my system. I understand everyone's body is different and some don't have these experiences but this truly the WORST thing that ever happens to me.
