SUBMITTING PATIENT REVIEWS

By submitting a review to the AskaPatient database, you hereby agree that:
1) You are age 16 or older submitting the review on behalf of yourself, and you are a current or recent user of the drug specified on the form that you submit OR  you are submitting the review on behalf of a dependent or family member, who is a current or recent user of the drug specified on the form that you submit, and that as a caregiver you are able to sufficiently consult with the patient about the effects they are experiencing from the reviewed drug in order to make a valid review on their behalf;

AND

2) You will only submit one review per drug, unless you are updating your experience using the ‘edit rating’ option

AND

3) You have no employment or other connections to a pharmacy-related company (such as pharmaceutical manufacturer, distributor, pharmacy, or marketer) that would influence your review in any way.

ACCESS AND USE OF CONTENT

These tools and reports are made available for the benefit of the health care consumer, as well as individual doctors and pharmacists researching patient side effects on behalf of their patients.  The tools and reports are not intended to be used by industry analysts or other commercial entities.  AskaPatient welcomes medical institutions, academic research, and non-profit health care research community to inquire about limited AskaPatient information, but require that you contact us for permission to use the data in your studies. If permission is granted, a research agreement will be required. Perhaps we will even be able to provide assistance for your research.

The content and information on the AskaPatient web site is proprietary to us. Users agree not to scrape with automated bots, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this web site.
