Try it! | F | 18 | 4 months | 6/11/2007 | 2 | Heavy Periods | I have been experinecing intense fatigue, large brown spots along my upper lip (the size of a dime when exposed to the sun, even with high spf sunscreen, and less dark but still visible in the winter and fall months), huge, painful breasts (my breasts are big as it is, but they're huge on the pill and they hurt so bad!!), swelling in fingers, weight gain (about 10 pounds predominantly around waiste and hips; however initially, I had weight loss - it then counteracted and the lbs came on and can't come off), itchy skin (legs), dizziness, decresed sex drive, migranes (particularly around period - and I never used to get headaches), my menstral flow fluctuated - some months it was mild, some months it was heavy (either way, I was still using both tampon and pad for at least 3 days), some cycles it lasted only 4-5 days and some cycles, it lasted 7-8 days...but my periods were lighter and I experienced less blood loss than when I wasn't on it. | I've been increasingly experiencing severe fatigue over the past many months and have been to my doctor regularly to see what may be the cause. All results, other than mildly low iron, came back normal.I have undergone several medical tests and have even been in the hospital due to fainting. I thought that I was dying. After reading this site, many of my symtoms are similar to those listed here. I did have teething troubles with this though I must say in the first two months I had a full 7day period and then for about 2 weeks after that I had spotting (for you guys out there bleeding between periods.)
