However, I think it's human nature to speak out more when something affects you negatively than positively, so I really feel the need to share my experience with Yasmin to try to encourage people to give it a try. Yasmin has had an excellent effect on me so far. It has helped with cystic acne, lessened cramps, made my hair shinier, and increased the positivity of my moods. I have not gained weight and my breasts have increased a little (which is fine by me!) I believe that I have had the beginning symptoms of PCOS-bad pms, acne, increase of fuzziness of hair on face, etc. for the past year-and Yasmin has really helped. Different pills work differently for different people. If you have the same kind of hormone-linked symptoms that I had prior to taking Yasmin, maybe it will help you as well!
