| 1 | Crohn's Disease | drug induced psoriasis, eczema, folliculitis and extreme hair loss | Humira worked great for my Crohn's symptoms, in fact it technically put me in "remission." However, this took 3 months to occur, and about 4 months into taking the medication I broke out in psoriasis head to toe. Very itchy and flakey scalp, psoriasis lesions all over both of my legs, back, arms and chest. This then turned into a sort of eczema like rash, and what my doctor called follicular eczema on my legs. Most striking is the fact that I have lost 95% of my hair (which was already a little thin to begin with) since starting this drug. There are huge bald patches all over my head which alternate between feeling extremely smooth and flakey. I stopped Humira around 6 weeks ago, and am still battling the rashes and increasing hair loss.
