| 3 | Throat Infection | Have had severe stomach cramps and indigestion since starting the course - woken up several times during the night with chest pains and twitching muscles. On day 2 I spent a couple of hours doubled up in pain because I didn't eat enough food with one of these. | Still have 3 days of the course left, but there's no way that I'll be taking one of these any later than 7pm from now on.
