Worst of all though my heart rate was 120! Ive only eaten a sandwich all day, i just cant face food. Please stop taking them at the first sign of the side effects people have had and get in touch with the doctor, change them to something else and save yourself this agony, i am not exagerating by the way, a few points today ive wanted to go to the hospital its that painful. Well, it feels like that.), abdominal pain (both my left and right sides), dizziness, wanting to throw up after a small meal, heart palpitations, breathing problems, runny nose, throat closing, etc. This is the ONLY drug that I've had an adverse reaction to. I regret that I didn't go to the emergency room to get treatment and am thankful that I'm "supposedly" "fine" today. | It did clear up the very little acne I had, but I will NEVER EVER touch this or go near it again. I hope all of us (those of us who have had terrible side effects) could communicate to each other and help each other feel better psychologically and emotionally through a forum somewhere or even on this "ask a patient" rating site (may "askapatient.com" EXIST forever). I tend to feel (mildly) better when I eat regularly and get A LOT of sleep and rest. I am still getting the wind especially when I am lying in bed - relaxed (although mine smell of roses!!!) and still get the dizziness. Drinking a gallon of water doesn't alleviate any of it. My soar throat got worse--felt like I was swallowing shards of glass every time I swallowed. Night sweats, day sweats and feeling very tired despite getting adequate sleep. | I feel worse after taking this. My soar throat has not improved and the dry mouth is UNBEARABLE! I was thinking that my infection was getting worse and the drug wasn't working. After reading this message board, however, I'm convinced that it is this medication that has been making me feel worse. I will never take it again! I hope there is another antibiotic that can substitute penicillin!
