| 1 | Post-Dental Work | Empty stomach feeling, like being severely hungry. Sleepiness, Nausea and then uncontrollable vomiting. | I took only 3 pills since visiting the dentist. I had taken the first two with lots of food and the symptoms were a little less severe, but on an empty stomach, they were horrible. The pain was unbearable, and there is no way I would take this ever again. I honestly felt as though I was about to die. My dose was 2 tablets twice per day for acne. The next weekend I started taking 1 tablet twice per day and then built up the next week to the proper dose. It took about 4 weeks for me to stop feeling terrbile on this medication. My acne is better but I still experience upset stomach and gas. Second day I had diarrhoea, the rest of the mentioned side effects slowly started soon after. I stopped taking them 2 weeks into treatment, and 6 weeks after, the diarrhoea, fatigue, tiredness, gas, loss of appetite and bloatedness has not subsided. I will never take this drug again, for anything. The side effects are NOT worth it. I am woken most nights any time after 2AM because of the diarrhoea. I have also lost around a stone (14 Lbs) in weight since the start of treatment and I feel terrible all the time because of the terrible gas causing bloatedness.
