| 4 | ? scarlet fever | Vomiting, heart burn, severe hunger pangs, cramping pain and severe bloating. | Two days ago I had a red face, the worse sore throat I have ever had. But today my rash has nearly gone, no sore throat. Just the awful side effects of erythromycin. I cant give it 5 because the side effects are far worse then the infection I have. 8 days to go!!! | F | 32 | 2 days | 2/3/2007 | 3 | Chest Infection/Bad Cough | Taking Erythromycin because of Penicillin allergy. First prescribed Clindamycin...have also had trimethoprim for bladder infection, so possibly the cocktail has helped exacerbate the side effects. I'm allergic to penicillin and metronidazole so this is my 'only hope'. I've now actually managed to have the dental treatment done so fingers crossed this will be my final course when I finish them tomorrow.
