Last week I was given it for the flu and terrible sore throat. I took the first one and in 2 hours I was terribly nauseated and threw up. The doctor thought it was the Tamiflu rather than the Augmenti. This week having a diverticulitis issue I was prescribed it again. Two hours later the same thing. Terrible nausea and threw up. Most infections do not warrant such a strong antibiotic & some studies suggest that those with less violent infections do better on lighter antibiotic but get more side effects if they are Rx something too strong.
