| 3 | sinus infection | Achy feeling all over body, almost like having the flu. Did not start until I started the antibiotic. Headache which could be from the sinus infection. Stomach hurts when I walk..a very weird feeling. And tired. So very tired the 1st two days and this was for a chronic infection..had been there about a month and none of these symptoms started until the drug started... | Not sure if the infection is gone. After a week or so my joints and muscles were all aching. This went on for the entire 6 weeks of the regimen. I am beside myself since I have never had any ongoing pain where I can't put on my shirt sleeves, lift a certain way or continue my gym routine as before. It was from ankle to two inches below my knee. I contined with this medication and within 5 days of twice a day dosage with food, this rash had disappeared. :) I have noticed fatique and some depression, that I had never experienced before taking this. I only have two days left. It seems to have cured the diverticulitis. This has been a good medication for me. I did not take Flagyl with it, after reading it's side effects. I had actually taken the Flagyl with Sulfa the first day of my treatment, but had very serious side effects with high agitation, unlike me at all. So my Dr. switched me to Augmentin 875 and that has worked for me, I feel. | The tiredness and slight depression are conditions I have not experienced and hope they go away when this medication does. I found blended fruits/smoothies (lots of apple) were the only food my body seemed to want. Good for you anyway so I can't complain.. I was the 2nd Person my doctor had seen this year, with this reaction. No idea if it had anything to do with fixing a 'blocked sinus'.
