Doc says it's OK to take, so I've been on it about 2 weeks now. What a MIRACLE!!! As long as I take it faithfully, the pain is minor and sometimes not noticable. I'm still a little stiff getting up after sitting for long periods, but stairs are a breeze now! I have also lost 7 pounds. 1 tablespoon in a small glass of water 3 times daily.
