I'd give Brintellix a 3.5/10 and Viibryd a 0.5/10. Brintellix gives me a mild anti-anxiety, antidepressant effect. But it is not robust. I still feel anxious, paranoid, and codependent. I lack the ability to interact fully with others, and to feel good about myself. I still feel very disabled. The pros definitely outweigh the cons for me. Also, when I started taking 20MG of this medication I started loosing weight (20+ lbs so far). Unfortunately, it didn't help my anxiety and OCD at all. I was actually worse after 6 weeks. I did not try to increase the dose because I didn't want the heartburn to get worse.
