Had been to my GP that morning, was prescribed Zantac, Zyrtec and Omeprezole for GERD symptoms and for alergic reaction or bacterial infection from rash. BUT I ended up in the ER anyway. Dr there said it was GERD, and in fact with taking the omeprezol I had begun to feel better as I waited for a bed.......at least a little better in my abdomen. But, it still remained a challenge. I also had tons of belching, but that came only when I had started the Omeprezole. Before that I could not get any gas up out of my stomach and had to make myself throw up to get relief. I thought I was dying with pain. SEVERE itching on hands, feet, and over the rest of the body, especially my head, easily contracted a rash breaking out by simply running against something. Was diagnosed with my first UTI. I didn't experience burning or urgency at all until my urine started turning pink/red and by that time it was apparently a bad UTI. Since the first day of taking it, my pink/red urine and slight burning and urgency were gone but kept feeling just very icky for a few hours after taking a dose. I'd just get tired really easily, felt nauseous, and just all around felt bad. The nausea lasts probably 6 hours or so before I feel better. Then 6 hours later I have to take it again so I don't get many hours of feeling okay. Certain foods make me want to gag.
