I contantly craved junk food, so I think I would've gained a lot of weight. So I only took Zoloft 50mg for one month, and then my doc switched me to Wellbutrin XL 300mg in the morning daily. THANK GOD FOR WELLBUTRIN XL!! No side effects whatsoever! No decreased sexual drive, in fact, an INCREASED sexual drive! (: I have energy and I feel like I'm myself again. When I started taking Zoloft I wasn't really eating that much, so I initially blamed my weight gain on returning to a normal caloric intake (I gained 15 pounds within a few months of starting Zoloft, but I also began eating a normal caloric intake). I recently discovered I have now gained over 30 pounds since being on Zoloft while exercising and eating a normal, healthy diet (and, the really strange thing is, I wasn't unusually hungry, just eating normally).
