Started off with a low dose, and had to up the dosage til we found what works for me.. which is 150 mgs per day taken with cookies.. i recommend the cookies.. If you are being prescribed Zoloft please do two things. #1 get through the first 2 weeks to 1 month...dont stop taking it because you think the side effects are too severe...they will pass (Even though it feels horrible now)...and almost completely. #2 make sure you build up to a high enough dose...doctors can bee a little too cautious sometimes...if you feel the effects wearing off after the first month or so...go and get a higher dose to put you back where you want to be....There is no sense in half medicating yourself.
