I DO HAVE A QUESTION THOUGH: I hear of a lot of people upping their dose from 150 to 300. It helped at first with the depression but I gained 40lbs in the meantime. I have always been a fairly small person and the weight gain just made me even more depressed. I tried to just go all natural supplements and it was ok, but I knew it wasn't enough. So unfortunetly I had to get back on something. And hopefully won't gain any weight.
