| 4 | Sleep | It's helped me sleep. Sometimes I wake up and take a Benadryl to kick it back in. I think I am somewhat overall calmer with it 24/7. I pushed myself for many years to overcome lack of motivation and apathy, but eventually it all got the better of me. Mental illness totally sucks. Side effects of meds are really bad, but often overlooked by “professionals” as they want us to shut up, take the pills and not bother them. | I figured out that because Quetiapine increases prolactin to decrease dopamine in the brain, we are basically being zombiefied. Dopamine is good for motivation and feeling good.
