During one of the rare reprieve from the attacks (usually in the evening), I gave it some thought and looked back when this all seem to have started and I am definite it was when I began to take this medication. I stopped taking it just yesterday and already felt a difference. Today is the 2nd day I am off it but I'm still getting attacks especially upon returning to work and I'm swamped with emails and struggling to organize my thoughts and tasks. I don't know if it's still the side effects or has it triggered something in me that I now have to deal with anxiety and panic disorder long after the medication has left my system (I wonder if anyone can provide me with information on how long this takes). Omeprazole may work for others but for me, it has made my life a living hell.
