They could not get my DR on the phone so a sub doctor cardiologist told them to take me off of the Atorvastatin that I would take at night as it too might cause it. The next day doing better but took Plavix with other drugs for reaction and BAM its all back, yep I am allergic to Plavix no way taking this, cure is worse than the disease. I was started on Plavix after the PFO closure and have not felt right since. I feel like I'm drunk at times, always cold, and feel crackles/popping in my ears. I also feel like my nostrils are too open as well as too much air coming into my eyes (I know these are odd symptoms, but I don't know how else to explain them and never had them before the Plavix). I do not take any other medications, except for a baby aspirin. I will be taking Plavix for 6 months and should come off of it in May. I will update my symptoms as time goes on.
