| 1 | Stent in vein | Extreme tiredness, weakness, headache, abdominal pain, vision problems, feeling like I am having a stroke, cannot do anything, feel sick all the timid, upset stomach. Confusion. I can barely function. Very emotional. I was in the hospital for a stroke but final diagnosis was syncope. Why didn't anyone know about Plavix and the terrible horrible side effects. | Big question, I went to Pharmacist, neurologist, heart, PCP , why didn't they know about side effects. Now that I've been on Plavix for 3 weeks, the minor tinnitus I've had for decades has suddenly become MUCH worse, my legs are weak and very sore when I climb hills, my sleep is awful (very difficult time falling and staying asleep), my forearms feel odd, like they're weak or a bit numb, but they're actually fine when I work out, so I don't know what that's about. I'll give it another month to see if things improve. But, right now, I have to say that this medication is horrible. Also, I would welcome hearing from anyone else who has had these or other side effects and especially from those who have stopped Plavix.
