| 1 | tooth infection | First day took 2x500mg late afternoon, then 500mg arnd. midnite. Woke up next a.m. feeling like I had a severe dose of the flu..aching muscles, could hardly move. Felt horrible. That nite sweating started. Soaked my clothes. Hot sweats and cold sweats. Continued dosage for 3 days total. Thank god I found this forum.Am not taking any more and am calling dentist pronto. | Unfortunately we all have to rely on the guidance of med. professionals becs. we simply don't have the knowledge to make an informed choice...plus you are usually pretty vulnerable when seeking med. assistance, so you have to trust. After 24 to 36 hrs. my symptoms are letting up slowly & it hit me about the drug effecting me to feel this way. To think I had to figure this out by researching. Thanks for hearing all the comments. Now I'm scared to ever use drug again for Pre-Med, hope they can give me something else instead.
