| 4 | Right Temporal Lobe Epilepsy | Occasional visual disturbances (blurriness/difficulty focusing)and photosensitivity for brief periods, myoclonic jerks, tremors, and decreased sodium level. | I have been having the visual problems about a half hour to an hour after I take the medicine and it typical lasts for approximately an hour... it doesn't happen with every dose and it seems to be decreasing as the dosage is being adjusted.
