 3  manic depression headache, fatigue, diarrhea & constipation never know witch one, alot of confusion, hard to think ,thoughts are scrambled. coordinations is alittle off. was on wellbutin & lexapro, now off lexapro and now on trileptal & wellbutin for about a week. dont know if its working or not cuz of coming down from one and starting another. its been a week and i dont know how long trileptal takes to start working, theres not alot of data on it. if any one knows info on any of this please let me know.  3  Bipolar I had absolutely no feelings. I wasn't sad, true, but I was never happy either. I could've won the lottery and been like, Trileptal was great at controlling my mood. If being totally emotionless is your goal, I reccomend it. F 16 5 months

 5  Bipolar--rapid cycling None I take this with Effexor and Seroquel. The combination has worked wonderfully for me. Before I started this combination, I was on disability because I couldn't concentrate or focus at work (or home). I've been back at work for two years and feel great. F 42 2 years

 5  mild anxiety/depression I almost stopped drinking completely, due to it's interaction with alcohol, it's makes you very sleepy. I also get very buzzed on a higher dose, a milder dose took that away. I think it has helped me tremendously. Leveled out my moods, felt very stable. The day to day seemed manageable. I can somehow relate to the F 34 11 months

 3  Trigeminal Neuralgia High pulse rate, high blood pressure This medicine was wonderful. My headache went away after a week of using it. I had massive headaches for 10 months. Then I notice my blood pressure and pulse were thru the roof and I had to go to ER. Then after many tests, had to be taken off it... F 30 10 days

 3  Bipolar I At a low dose my rapid cycling was stopped in its tracks, but as I titrated up I began to feel very spaced out, and within a week started noticing some significant memory loss. Tritrate up slowly, it might work better for you. Seems to help with anxiety-ridden rapid cycling. M 27 2 weeks

 4  Bipolar II dry mouth, slight loss of personality This medication helps to stabilize my moods a lot, but at the same time it takes away my moods. I am on a flat line throughout the day, not really excited or sad about things that should make me react in those ways. The higher the dosage, the more my moods were leveled out. F 20 2 days
