LOTREL  (AMLODIPINE BESYLATE; BENAZEPRIL HYDROCHLORIDE):  This product is a combination of two drugs: a calcium channel blocker (amlodipine) and an ACE inhibitor (benazepril). It is used to treat high blood pressure. It works by relaxing blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily.  1  High Blood pressure COUGH..I cough all the time. I've been on it for almost a year. Cough came at about 6 months, went away..now is back worst than ever.
