My real cure involved (a) losing some weight; (b) laying off fatty food, coffee, acidic food etc. As is so often the case, treating your own body more kindly is the right way forward.I was just being lazy. Drugs lead to more drugs. The ones you get from the doctor are just the same as the ones that junkies buy from the street corner. I feel bad that I thought there was a quick fix. There isn't. A holistic doctor told me about the magnesium and acid reducers. Most people do not get adequate magnesium in their diets and the acid reducers deplete the level even more. You need to take specific brands of magnesium for best absorption.
