Among the unexpected pleasant side effects was relief of profound fatigue. | Just a general caution to double check what your physician prescribes and what your chemist dispenses. My own physician (very senior indeed in UK, should have engaged brain first) wrote the prescription as a daily dose on the monitoring sheet.
