| 5 | i have BV | All i had is a little brown spots within a day i start to see progress. But the only problem i was suppose to take the 500mg tablets for 7days but it finish in 5days. I was suppose to start it early in the morning but i start it Around 11am and i had to take it for Every 8hrs. But it works Good for me. I smell so fresh again thanx to my doctor and metronizole tablets. Every woman body is different. But u never know until u try. It works for me i love,it. My side effects: -Dryness everywhere (yes up there too) and itchiness on face, arms and sometimes stomach. No rash. Overall, in comparison to other antibiodics I've taken this really wasn't that bad. I'm glad I did the gel instead of pills. Gooey stuff that comes out is gross, but I just wore panty liners. GYN nurse told me white discharge could be bacteria clearing!!! I did NOT get a yeast or bladder infection with it and I'm super prone to UTI's. Why? I ate 3 Activia yogurts a day (morning, lunch and dinner) and drank like a horse! Yes! Make sure to eat yogurt and drink water like crazy it'll help tremendously. Get panty liners to change out throught the day as well. I liked the 7 day instead of 5.
