I took 1 flomax and within 8 hours i have reverse ejaculation and had to pee all day. but now i am good. My BP is fine with this mix, as is my doctor. Since reducing the dosage of the Flomax this way, I still benefit from a better ability to empty my bladder. As to the side effect of dry or reduced ejaculation amounts, I now ejaculate a normal amount, although it flows more than spurts. Another change is that after taking the flomax (about 4-10 hours), my erections tend to be very strong - almost like with Viagra. And my nocturnal erections are much more active. Usually getting up and urinating makes the erection subside, but if not, masturbation takes care of it. All in all, I would say that if you take an ACE inhibitor like lisinopril and need Flomax for BPH, try alternating them. This has worked well for me in keeping my blood pressure in check and eliminating any erectile dysfunction problems from Flomax. | M | 59 | 3 years .4 1X O | 1/7/2012 Patient History | 4 | weak urinary flow | sinus congestion, orgasm without ejaculation, tiredness, weakness---I dropped 50 bench press pounds at the gym. | I'm fairly young to be on Flomax, but I experienced relief after only a couple of days. My uro hesitated to put me on it b/c of side effects. He even asked if my wife and I were trying to get pregnant. We're not, so that's no issue. Still, I haven't had a normal ejaculation in almost a year. I get to the familar point, but nothing comes out. I get a mental release, but no physical sensation. I'm planning to go off the drug for a trial period to experience a real orgasm.
