Occasional retrograde ejaculation; some loss of libido; when I do ejaculate, it's a water-like ejaculate that somehow doesn't 'feel' right when ejaculating. On the plus side, it did improve the flow rate and diminish the burning, and cut the dribbles way back. | It's not a miracle cure, and the sexual side effects can be a nuisance. Lately, I'm combining Flomax with saw palmetto and stinging nettle root, and the combo does work better.
