It has helped me tremendously. I went through repeated protate infections and testicle infections, before I started it. I found the secret, for me, is to take it at bedtime, NOT morning. I sleep thru any initial side effects, but it helps me make it through the night without getting up several times. By bedtime the next day, the effect is wearing off and I can have normal sex. I can have sex in the daytime, but it isn't as good.
