Although within 3 days this medication did an outstanding job clearning her sinuses, there were some VERY BAD side effects not mentioned. It was scary and freaky to watch this and in the morning she didn't remember any of it. Her mood was quickly progressing to being hostle and angry which is not like her at all. We decidided to take her off this stuff and she is back to sleeping well and normal tempered.
