Took tylenol, and used a heating pad. Lost a day of work because I was in bed-incapacitated. The next few days I had improvement and was back to normal a week later. I was hesitant to take the June pill, spoke to my doctor and pharmacist and they both encouraged me to try it one more time. I took it yesterday morning and no side effects yesterday or today. I will definitely try it next month and hope for the best.
