During my period I am so depressed and ready to cry at any moment. I'm on month four and now experiencing acne on my shoulders...I didn't even have acne this bad when I was a little teenager. My anxiety has been so high. I'll be at work sitting at my desk and It just comes out of no where and my heart starts to race. I don't drink anything with caffeine in it so i know it's not that. My sister is on this pill also and I'm trying to convince her to switch because during her period she gets go depressed so try's to hurt herself and she's only 17.
