CIALIS  (TADALAFIL):  Tadalafil is used to treat male sexual function problems (impotence or erectile dysfunction-ED). In combination with sexual stimulation, tadalafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis to help a man get and keep an erection. Tadalafil is also used to treat the symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia-BPH). It helps to relieve symptoms of BPH such as difficulty in beginning the flow of urine, weak stream, and the need to urinate frequently or urgently (including during the middle of the night). Tadalafil is thought to work by relaxing the smooth muscle in the prostate and bladder. This drug does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases (such as HIV, hepatitis B, gonorrhea, syphilis). Practice "safe sex" such as using latex condoms.  4  Mental Block with new partners About 4 hours after taking one whole pill (and having sex for approximately 3 straight hours), I experienced red blood-shot eyes and a headache that made me feel like i was hung over. I did have one beer that night, and a mushroom sandwich, about 30 minutes before taking the pill. NExt morning, extreme headache that lasted all day and into this evening. I have consumed a lot of water today thinking it would cure the headache. It's holding on though. A little worried about that. Also, increased heart rate durring "peek" and flushed cheeks and ears. The side effects worry me. I don't like the thought of destroying my kidneys, liver or brain just yet. HOWEVER, the effects of this drug are incredible. I maintained an errection with the help of stimulation for an entire night of sex. The effects lasted for about 18 hours. Its now about 24 hours later, and i dont think its still hitting me as hard.  5  ED Sore back and knees the following day. Some stuffiness. Great stuff. Great erections. Feel like a kid again. I can do it 3-5 times in one day. Bad part is that my wife can't keep up with me (she can only handle once every other day!). M 41 4 years

 1  ED from prostritus Bad headache, bloating, back pain, swollen eyes, fatigue, mussle aches. Hated it. Not sure why this drug is on the market! I feel like shit today. I didn't want to have sex at all due to how crappy I felt. Yes I had a huge throbing bonner but couldn't put it to use due to all the messed up side effects. M 35 1 days

 3  Increased Sexual Pleasure Stuffy nose I liked it, but didn't love it. It didn't give me the raging hard-on that Viagra does. It definitely increases the pleasure in my penis, and I do get a better erection, but it's not the quality that I get with the blue pill. It definitely worked, but not as well as I thought it would. Definitely lasted longer than Viagra. For me, Viagra works much better M 35 60 days

 5  Erection just wasn't hard enough it tends to tighten up your nasal passages a bit. I have found if I take an antihestimine prior to taking cialis the effects go away. You need to take it well in advance vs. 30 minutes like the other types. One pill works for days. I found myself sitting in the parking lot at the local grocery store waiting for the swelling to go down... careful, it will have a mind of its own! M 38 2 weeks

 5  why else? None....other than a few spontaneous erections at times it delivers just what it says it's going to...the effects lasted up to 36 hours for me...I usually take one 10mg tab every three days... my wife is thrilled with the results.. morning, noon, and night. M 43 90 days

 1  To replace Viagra Nausea starting 15 mins after taking it, and lasting 24 hours approx. Light but throbbing headache. Sore eyes. I took only 10 mg. It produced very little of the desired effect and made me feel ill for a day after. I threw away the rest and went back to Viagra. M 67 1 days

 5  medical indication None actually, beside the obvious one ;-) Unlike viagra, this won't give an instant bonner for 4 hours, whether you want it or not, and then dissapear. Actually it will work for 48 or more hours, specially the first 18 hours, working only when you are M 46 2 months

 5  I was bored with my romantic life I was unable to function as a man. And by that, I mean that my wee-wee was only good for peeing. My wife was none too happy about this.
