After reading other comments, I took a nasal decongestant before the cialis as I do suffer from severe hay fever etc. I took CIALIS at 930pm. Went to bed with wife at 10. After foreplay etc, I had an erection and it felt full. After penetration, I ejaculated around 10 mins later with my wife orgasming. Usually my penis goes all flaccid after that, but my erection was like 'all aboard'. I was able to resatisfy my wife which has not happened for a while (2 orgasms in 30 mins). I wanted more, she said no as she was 'wet like a swimming pool'. The first ejaculation seemed to be 2x the fluid, whereas after that it felt normal. I was easily able to get an erection throughout the night. A side note: I did not experience an erection all night. I was able to bring my penis back to flaccid and able to re-erect. Thinking about the slight headache/ringing in the ears, I am curious if it has to do with lack of sleep? Cialis gives me more flexibility. Buy it in 20 mg dozes and use half a pill. More cost effective. 10 mg works perfect for me; 5mg on an empty stomach.
