| 3 | Flu | diarrhea / uncomfortable dreams / lower back pain | I went to the doctor after the first day of experiencing flu like symptoms. I was diagnosed in fact with the flu. After the first day of taking oseltamivir phosphate (tamiflu) i experienced lower back pain so much that it was a challenge to stretch and bend over. The tamiflu did help with the symptoms but by the morning of day 3 of taking the medication, the back pain had increased so much that i would have to lay on the bedroom floor in order to relieve the pain. The dreams i had were not pleasant, but not as sever as some might experience. But my headache would be so bad, I couldn't go back to sleep. I feel like I've only gotten like 15 hours of sleep in the past four days. There's a painful headache behind our eyes, & my vision will sometimes be blurry and very heavy.
