Vitamin C, Vitamin D, L-arginine + pycnogenol, zinc + magnesium, daily vitamin, B-complex, collagen, fish oil. The best supplements for boner health imo were zinc + magnesium and L-arginine+pycnogenol (theres studies on these supplements for erections). Vitamin C is good too. Basically do anything that strengthens cardio vascular health. This is the key I think to recovering. Here is the full list of "inactive" ingredients: BUTANE, butylated hydroxytoluene, cetyl alcohol, citric acid, dehydrated alcohol, ISOBUTANE, lactic acid, polysorbate 60, PROPANE, purified water, stearyl alcohol. 7 of those ingredients are listed by the FDA and other government agencies as DEADLY, FATAL POISONS.
