Initially, it helped with SAD. I talked more openly in public without fear; however, it doesn't seem to help the SAD anymore. I have a larger appetite now; therefore I have experienced weight gain. I am more fatigue during the day and I experience some degree of insomnia at night (the insomnia is alleviated with 1/2 Ambien).
