No more panic attacks after 3 months (At first I took Xanax to control the panic attacks until the Celexa kicked in). Therapy helped me immensely as well, I recommend a combination of drugs and therapy. Now after 2 years I am ready to start weaning myself off and just keep continuing my therapy (I go twice a month).
