| 5 | Lower A1C, weight loss | IMPORTANT to start just few clicks each week till reach desired dose is what my endocrinologist told me and is how he gets patients to tolerate the medication. Was true for me. Max dose I could tolerate was 0.5, higher dose gave me severe fatigue, even if I increased dose very slowly. Reached my goal of A1C 5.7 down from 6.0. Unfortunately only lost ten pounds total. It does lower your cravings for sweets or snacks.
