I get on and off pain in the upper left hand side of my abdomen, just below the last rib. My BS numbers were lowering a lot when I first started. Some mornings I woke up with 81, 92, which is unbelievable for me. But it seems my body got use to it. I'm hoping with the newest dose (.50) I'll start seeing some lower numbers again. My biggest complaint is I have gained 6 pounds when I am eating less.
