| 5 | why? is there any other reason? | severe lower and mid back pain starting about 24 hours after taking 20mg. | Tylenol helps but after reading comments from others here I will try a third to half a 20mg tablet. So in the morning we had another hour or so before she came and I experienced what may have been the most intense orgasm of my life. And then for the rest of the day I was still horny but the head of my penis too sore to go again. I did some research beforehand on dose and first time users and decided to do a 10 MG start, Cut the tab in 1/2. You can't exceed 20 mg in 3 days.....I took a 5 mg dose to start....knowing I had time. I could feel it working with no side effects so decided to take another 5 MG....still 10 under the 20 mg dose. When my wife and I had sex…it was back to the pre BP med days. It was nice to have a sustained erection during foreplay without constant stimulation and having a solid erection during sex, Normally my wife massages my penis prior to intercourse but it's not what it should be. With CIALIS she slowed down ….feeling a solid erection. My observation on a Cailis erection …I would recommend extended foreplay to adjust…. Then I developed a mild ED problem so I decided to try Cialis. After 2 months the Cialis has really solved the mild ED problem. However, it has not done much for BPH urination problems yet. I will continue to evaluate Cialis for another couple of months as some medicines simply take a little time. I am not certain whether or not the prolonged terazosin use brought on the mild ED but I sure am glad it is gone. Wish I had this a few years ago, not sure why I experienced ED problems but I was a heavy drinker years ago. I would recommend this with a word of caution to watch out for these side effects. But for me its a great drug. And now that the generics are out the price is very affordable, it went from 400 per scrip to 38 bucks per scrip. Problem solved! And thats a GOOD thing. Two thumbs up. Really good hard erections. Amazing. Bad thing was sometimes really nasty headache and some flushing. My urulogist said he thinks my ED was psychological and this has helped me enormously. I get a really good erection and then a second one within an hour if I’m aroused again.
