Also slightly reduced penile sensitivity which helps me build to a better orgasm and heavy ejaculation. I've figured out though, that the back pain that comes a day or so after taking isn't just from thrusting and so forth during sex. I've taken Cialis enough times in anticipation of intercourse and then not had sex to suspect the back pain is from the drug, since there's no way I strained by back.
