| 4 | Anxiety and panic attacks | Headache, nausea, insomnia. Went away after 10 days. Also experienced temporary worsening of anxiety at the beginning. No sexual side effects. Gained 15lbs though... | Had a good experience with Celexa (20mg dosage). Controlled my anxiety to manageable levels, which greatly increased my self-esteem. No more panic attacks after 3 months (At first I took Xanax to control the panic attacks until the Celexa kicked in). Therapy helped me immensely as well, I recommend a combination of drugs and therapy. Now after 2 years I am ready to start weaning myself off and just keep continuing my therapy (I go twice a month).
