I have about seven..some were rather large. I'm on day two and they are over halfway off. I'm having some pain. VERY bad idea. The pain is excruciating, I have honestly been close to tears a few times today because the pain is that awful. I had an appointment at the sexual health clinic today and they agreed- looks very sore and recommend salt wash a few times a day to help area heal. Does feel more at ease already down there, just hope the healing process is quick and I have experienced the worst of it!! Good product - but please please please only apply on warts and allow to dry properly or you will end up in pain by day 3 and during resting days. And you are not alone!!!! I swore never to have sex again coz even with condoms you can still get it! It burnt me, left me all red, peeing was so painful, I didn't even want to do a poop Coz just the stretching of the muscles would almost feel like the skin was tearing. Anyways I got through the three days and it was really eating through my skin, was hard sitting down, walking and peeing was stinging! After day 3, I went back to old methods of cleaning a wound, warm salt water with cotton wool and gently wipe there, about 3 cotton pads, then pour the rest of the warm salt water over the wounds, gently pat dry with a fresh clean cloth and apply vaseline to the area. The wiping with a cotton pad soaked in warm salt water helped to remove rotting skin! It all smells terrible but just gently clean each day to avoid infection. I did it twice a day. By the fourth test day there was a massive improvement, but that's coz I really took care of the wound. Guys only put it in the warts and put very very little!! | Be strong it works! My husband applied the medicine since he could see easier than I, but I think he thought he was "helping" by being generous with the application. DO NOT OVER-TREAT! I administered this to two large wart sites and by god it burns like a heffer. I had crazy side effects and even had to take Narco to go to bed last night. However, it is noted that you should only take this in small quantities and I was using it in two large areas so this could be why the side effects were so severe. I can barely walk due to the yeast infection this has given me and has caused swelling. I just picked up Monostat today to use. Although, despite it's torture, I can say it has successfully killed my two large wart sites (they have not "sloughed" off yet, but they are whiter than white) and a few have been removed from my body and this is only on day five. Both wart sites are painful; however, Neosporin 24 hour infection protection and pain relief has been helping with both sites. I will be waiting a while before I use the second treatment so I can fully recover since I did attack the two largest sites I have and now all I have to tackle is the little ones.
