| 1 | migraines, insomnia | EXTREME irritability and anger. I'm not bothered by a lot of things, but once I take my pill, please don't even come near me. It's starting to hurt my relationship with my boyfriend because every morning I wake up and I'm extremely pissed off at everything he does. Yes, it's knocks me out at bed time, but in the mornings I feel as if I've been drugged. I'm groggy and have trouble telling what is real. I'm also having terrible nightmares and walking/talking in my sleep. Occasional dry mouth. Extreme elevated resting heartbeat (150+), especially in the mornings. All of this occurred on 25mgs (half a pill). My doctor wants me to slowly increase to a whole pill (50mgs).
