I've been taking this since Saturday afternoon (now Monday night) and my throat is completely better, no aches or fatigue (those were gone almost instantly after taking this medicine), and my cold sore is almost gone. My gums are still killing me and I still have the ulcer behind my teeth, but I haven't had any side effects from this medicine. No idea if I would have healed this much on my own or not though.
