| 1 | Dog Bite | Severe stomach cramps, gas, bloating, nausea, diarrhea, extreme neck pain/tightness Got put on this horrid stuff as an infection preventative, also recieved a tetanus shot and was taking codeine. My period came the day after starting these which I think worsened the situation. I spent my second day in absolute agony debating a hospital trip. Pushed through and stayed in bed the next day with constant cramps and toilet trips every 20 mins to release gas. Today the pain is still terrible but bearable and have stopped taking them. Going to a doctor later to find an alternative. | Not worth it. Felt like I was dying. After taking the medication for 9 days and feeling these symptoms since the 5th day, my doctor recommended that the treatment be stopped, because there was only 1 day of treatment left. Note: I have had moderate anxiety for 1 year, but with other symptoms such as chest and back pain. If you can avoid this medication and take a less harmful one, it would be better.
