| 5 | Hair Loss | Only real side effect I can see is the increase in acne, and ocassional testicular pain (1-2 times a year). Some decrease in libido, but not much. Still able to get it erect in no time. Very large increse in ejaculate, but very watery looking most times. I suppose it could be a sign of low sperm count, but I don't want kids anyways so I don't really care. | Seems to be working for me, with no adverse side effects. Also, I agree with some of the posts that my penis got smaller or always seemed to be, as one guy said, in a constant state of "just getting out of cold water." | About one year into treatment, I stopped taking Propecia because my wife and I wanted kids and the doctor told me that my sperm count was low. After a few fruitless months we stopped trying to have kids. My wife noticed that my hair started falling out again. As such, I started taking Procia for a second time and my hair stopped falling out agin. In short, it rally works but there seem to be side effects. Experienced light headed and passed out momentarily. Check with doctor showed heart bundle branch block and basically I'm now with a pacemaker. Had no prior problems or risk factors (non drinker/smoker, no family history). Doctor advised something caused heart muscle to weaken and thus it wasn't pumping fast enough to supply blood oxygen to the brain thus causing the syncope. I may be wrong blaming Propecia, but doctors can't tell me another cause of having to get a pacemaker so young.
